Dave, is a one of a kind realtor – a rarity you just don’t find these days!!! I’ve been buying and selling real estate for almost 50 years, and I can’t remember any realtor working as hard as Dave did. He, along with his wife, actually went into the home I listed and did some touchup and cleaning to help make the place sparkle!! Have you ever known a realtor who would do such a thing?
